  • If companies don’t push the envelope, nobody will mark it return to sender.

    So…what’ll probably happen:

    • Samsung does this. It is universally despised.
    • A year will go by, and Google will do this. It will be universally despised.
    • A year will go by, and Apple will do this. It will be loved by Apple users and despised by everyone else.
    • A year will go by and it’s a part of every Android phone on the market. Apple users will accuse Android of “stealing” the feature. Everyone else will despise it.

  • This…planes are only faster on paper. Still gotta deal with check-in, security, boarding, un boarding, and getting to/from the airport at both sides.

I used to live in RI and worked like a 10 minute walk from PVD with a job that would do a lot of travel. I would always take the train to NYC. Way more convenient and faster to directly to Midtown Manhattan.

DC was iffy. Nowadays I’d probably take the train, (if only because DCA is a shitshow…though I do enjoy the view during takeoff/approach…can usually see most of the sights and some are more impressive from above (Pentagon, Arlington Cemetery, etc))…but I don’t travel for work anymore.

  • Those are consistent you just aren’t thinking like them.

Pro-life isn’t about the baby, it’s about protecting the patriarchy by enforcing man’s will upon women. The same goes for raping kids.

And its the same reason they are scared shitless of transfolk and drag queens basically tossing traditional gender-roles in the trash, and in doing so, loudly protesting the very concept of the patriarchy.

I don’t think they see anything wrong with not finding VA or any veterans benefits. In their eyes, veterans signed up knowing the risks, collected their salary and benefits as-agreed at enlistment, and that’s that.

The governments responsibility to the soldier ends with their term of service. Any lasting effects is on the vet to deal with. Very…caveat emptor. Which is also consistent.

Thats at least better than how they treat kids. You’d think that if the government mandates the kids get educated and provides an education, during those hours the kids are in the exclusive care of the state…the kids should be getting fed and not shot at.

But instead, their solution to these problems is that kids shouldn’t have to be educated, apparently.
