A new law calls for a minimum ridership of 6,000 passengers in the first year for new bus rapid transit lines. To date, no bus lines in the Tampa Bay region come close.
I’m probably reading this wrong but it sounds like you’re saying, “No, this is actually good in Florida, because if we didn’t do this, Floridians would run over people at bus stops.”
Ohhh, they would run over people if there WASN’T a dedicated bus lane. I thought people were, like, speeding in the bus lane, and then had to bail onto the sidewalk to avoid slamming into the back of a bus.
