As others say, it’s Microsoft AMP. There’s normally a box with an arrow next to the logo at the top that will take you to the original article. I don’t think there are enough ddg/msn users to create an ampsplosion equivalent extension, but it could be done.

I was referring to the demos shown at I/O, my brain seems to see them all as “flat”, it’s like a reverse magic eye thing. It reminds me of the uncomfortableness of a fever dream. I may be the exception tbf!
