I think it is a few things and mostly centered on raising a family. I also think its lame but these are the reasons as I see them.
They tend to have good schools
They have front/back yards for children to play
The buildings are physically separated so the chance you hear your neighbors is low
The neighborhoods are much more quite
The neighborhoods have low crime
It’s worse than that, it’s a malicious dismantling of government agencies who could stand in the way of capitalists making our lives worse to become richer than anyone has any right to be. It’s not stupidity, it’s a game plan. This is always what the right meant by small government, small so rich have no objectors with power.
If politicians had advisors then how would they justify doing the dumb shit their owners want them to, then they can’t plead ignorance.
