The first one can pick a port arbitrarily. The second can do host routing. The third - some of them support SRV records so you can direct the client to an arbitrary port. It’s becoming less common to need multiple public IPv4 addresses.

Now, once you get into the nitty gritty, they’re more intertwined than that, but it’s close enough for a surface level explanation.

I’d buy a printer. If you’re looking for something easy, an assembled Prusa Core One. If you want something more expandable/project-like then probably a Voron.

When you’re actually using the app instead of having the compression artifacts of being screenshot several times, it’s not as bad.
I’ve always heard that resin printing is best for miniatures, but if you’re happy with the 0.2 nozzle, I’d stick with PLA. CookieCAD and ProtoPasta both have fun colors. If you really want to branch out, ASA with acetone vapor smoothing could be something to try.
