Makes sense. The only people who drive in NYC as their primary means of transportation are rich and either own their own place or can afford a $700/month parking spot. I doubt Cuomo or Adams have taken the subway within the last 10 years.
No wonder Cuomo lost, nobody drives in NYC
Nobody drove there was too much traffic.
I think car use is a good indicator of who deserves the wall.
